Terms of Use

Last updated October 1, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of www.bladeplatforms.com (the “website”), operated by Blade Platforms LLC (“Blade Platforms”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What this website is for

The website provides information about Blade Platforms, our fleet of truck mounted aerial work platforms, our operated and bare rental services, training, and the industries we serve, and it lets you contact us or request a quote.

These terms cover the website only. Renting, leasing or buying equipment, operator services and training are governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you for that work. If anything on the website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement applies.

2. Specifications, quotes and availability

We work to keep machine specifications, photographs and descriptions accurate, but they are provided for general information. Working height, outreach, platform capacity and other figures depend on configuration, set up and site conditions. Always confirm the figures for your job against the current specification sheet for the machine and with our team before you plan work at height.

A quote request made through the website is an enquiry, not an order. Prices, availability and delivery dates are only confirmed in a written quote or agreement from us.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes related to learning about and obtaining our services. You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading or someone else’s information through our forms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its operation (for example with malware, excessive automated requests or denial of service attempts);
  • scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the website without our written permission;
  • use the website to send unsolicited advertising or to infringe anyone’s rights.

4. Information you send us

When you contact us or request a quote you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may use it to respond to you and to provide the services you ask about. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies and similar technologies in our Cookie Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, specification sheets, logos and the BLADE name and model designations, belong to Blade Platforms or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Manufacturer names such as Palfinger and Ruthmann are the trademarks of their owners. You may view and print pages and download specification sheets for your own business use in dealing with us; any other use requires our written permission.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to websites and services we do not control, including social media platforms and equipment manufacturers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

7. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors. Nothing on the website is engineering, safety or legal advice for a specific job.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blade Platforms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of any written agreement between you and us for equipment or services.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Blade Platforms against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Taylor County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
